There are some operation rules of roller crushers:
1. Pay attention to blockage caused by material with high moisture content.
When crushing materials with characteristics of high moisture content or sticky features, it is easily to cause blockage. If it happens, please stop the machine and make inspection of the crushing machine. Solving blockage problem when the machine is running is prohibited in order to avoid the damage of the machine or causing vital accident.
2. Please make timely greasing to prolong the service life of the spare parts.
Operator of every shift must make regular inspection of the greasing condition of the machine to avoid bearing wears out due to the shortage of the lubricant, which helps prolonging the service life of the roller crusher.
3. Please have a pre-screening process of the material that is to be crushed. Meanwhile, an iron remover must be installed on the material feeding slot.
During production process, if unbreakable material falls into the roller crusher and it cannot pass through roller crusher, the material will rotate frequently between the two double rollers, which may cause machine breakdown and shorten the service life the crusher. Hence, the iron remover could be installed at the feeding opening to prolong the service life.
4. Regular Maintenance & Repair
After the roller crusher enters into production, please make regular repair and maintenance to make sure the stability and production capacity of the machine.
