1. If the crushing plate is worn, the crushed materials cannot reach the final requirement, which will waste time, manpower and cost. In this case, we can adjust the discharging opening properly till we get the required particle size.
2. Due to the motion characteristics of jaw crusher, the wear situation on the bottom of the crushing plate is worse than that on the upper part. Therefore, we can exchange the upper and bottom part of crushing plate to make further production.
3. If the tooth peak of crushing plate is worn badly, it needs to replace the new one.
4. If the local tooth of crushing plate is worn, it needs to repair by surfacing.
5. If the crushing plate is broken, it can cause the jaw crusher cannot work normally, at this time should be replaced immediately.
