Circular vibrating screen adopts inertia exciter to vibrate. Its vibrating source generates by the motor driving the exciter. Circular vibrating screen is single vibrator. The main shaft that fixed on the screen box rotates at high speed under the driving of motor, and the eccentric body on the shaft rotates accordingly, thus the generated centrifugal inertia force making the screen box does the circular vibration trace. The following maintenance attentions should be considered.
1. The bearing covers the whole machine load, so the good lubrication has close relationship with the bearing service lift, which directly influences the service life and rotation ratio of the screen. As a consequence, the added lubrication oil should be clean and be sealed closely.
2. The new tyre is easy to loose, should check frequently.
3. Check the abrasion degree of each wearing part, and replace it in time.
4. Pay attention to the working condition of each working part.
