Jaw crusher is one of the most common used machines in mining industry. During working process, it may occur the abnormal vibration. Now, Luoyang Dahua will talk about the reason that caused this phenomenon.
1. Check the foundation, check the tighten degree of foundation bolts, whether are loose or not. If found loose, please retightened.
2. Check eccentric position is correct or not. The eccentric position is around 30°. If no, please adjust.
3. Check the main shaft. If the main shaft is deformed，should replace the new one.
4. Check whether the swing jaw oscillates too large or not. If it is too large, it will cause the jaw crusher vibrating.
