Crushing machines include four main types: jaw crusher, cone crusher, sand making machine, and impact crusher. When purchase the crushing machine, the following factors should be considered.
1. Size of crushing materials. Each crusher has its own feeding size, if the size exceeds the specified requirements, it may block the crushing cavity, which needs more time to clean, thus influencing the production efficiency.
2. Hardness of materials. The harder the material is, the more difficult it is, and the more serious the wear of the equipment. This requires us to pay more attention to choose the materials to avoid overload running.
3. The composition of the material. Before crushing, the more fine powder contained in the materials, the more the impact on the fragmentation. Since this fine powder is easy to adhere to the impact of transport, therefore, the materials with fine powder should be sieved in advance. Try to sieve fine powders as much as possible to avoid affecting the normal operation of the crusher.
4. The material fineness after crushing. The finer the product is, the smaller the crushing capacity is. This aspect depends on the specific requirements of concentrator, such as no special requirements, the general size of the material can be set to fine.
5. The moisture of material, that is, when the moisture content of the material is bigger, the material is easy to adhere to the crusher, it is easy to block the process of feeding, resulting in the reduction of the crushing capacity. To solve this problem, first of all, select materials strictly to control the material temperature. If the temperature of the material selection is too high, sunshine or airing way is adopted to reduce the percentage of water in the material.
6. Viscosities of materials. That is, the greater the viscosity of the material, the easier the adhesion. Large viscosity of the material in the crusher will adhere to the inner wall of the broken cavity, if not promptly cleaned, will seriously affect the working efficiency of the crusher, will seriously affect the normal operation of the crusher. Therefore, in the choice of materials, we must pay attention to the viscosity of the material shall not be too high.
