1. Choose the suitable site according to the materials source.
2. The crusher is fixed on the concrete by anchor bolts, reserving discharge trough on the foundation, its inclination should not less than 50°. The user can set the vale according to the feeder and transportation device.
3. Motor should be installed on the opposite position of feeding.
4. Electrical device should be convenient for use.
5. Check each fastener before commissioning.
6. Check whether there is lubrication oil inside the bearings or not.
7. Check there are metal or non-crushed materials falling into the crusher.
