Artificial Sand Manufacturing Process
1.The stones blasting from the mountain are fed into the vibrating feeder through the dump truck.
2.The stones are transported to the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder. The first crushing carried by jaw crusher is coarse crushing, and then the broken stones are fed to cone crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing, that is fine crushing.
3.The fine crushed materials are sent to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for fine crushing, and then the fine crushed materials are separated into different sizes by the vibrating screen.
