Pebble Crushing Production Line Introduction
The pebble crushing production line has the features of high automation, high crushing ratio, low operation cost, energy saving and fine granularity. The production capacity is 30-1000 t/h.
Pebble Crushing Production Line Process
1.The pebble is sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for rough breaking, and then sent to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
2.The crushed material is screened by the vibrating screen, and particles that meet the required feeding size for the sand making machine are transported to it. If they do not meet the requirements, they are sent back to be broken again by the cone crusher.
2.The crushed materials meet the required feeding size are sent to the sand making machine, the unqualified materials are sent back to cone crusher for further crushing.
3.The material discharged from the sand making machine is conveyed to the sand washing machine through the vibrating screen. After being washed, the finished sand and stone are transported to the stockpile by the conveyor. Any material that fails to meet the required particle size is returned to the sand making machine for further processing.
