Mini hammer crusher is also called stone crusher, the main working parts of small hammer crusher is the rotor with hammer (also known as hammer head), the rotor is composed of spindle, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber, and the material is fed into the machine from the upper feeding port. It is crushed by the blow, impact, shear and grinding of the high-speed hammer.
Mini hammer crusher is provided with a sieve plate at the lower part of the rotor, and the particle size smaller than the sieve size is discharged through the sieve plate. Coarse grain larger than the mesh size remains on the sieve plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer and finally discharged through the sieve plate.
