I. Basic sand making process of sand making machine
First of all, the stone is preliminarily broken by the coarse crusher, and then, the produced coarse material is transported to the fine crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The fine crushed stone is screened by the vibrating screen into two kinds of stones. The stones that meet the feeding size of the sand making machine are fed into the sand making machine, and the other part is returned into the fine crusher.
Part of the stone in the sand making machine is made into sand, which is cleaned by the sand washing machine (optional) and made into finished sand, while the other part is broken again by the sand making machine.
