Production line features:
1. The production line adopts the design concept of green mine and intelligent mine. The overall design makes full use of the terrain advantages, simple process design, compact layout, and reasonable.
2. The crushing process of “jaw crusher + cone crusher + cone crusher” with three-section and one closed circuit is adopted. One line dual use, not only process high calcium stone, but also can produce sand stone aggregate. Compared with impact crusher process, it has higher yield for 40-80mm, lower operating cost, more stable and reliable production line.
3. Modular design of each workshop improves efficiency; Centralized layout, reduce the investment cost of each workshop.
4. Dust removal system, atomization spray system, and intelligent control system, fully meet the design requirements.
