Basic structure of jaw crusher
Jaw crusher mainly includes: fixed part, swing part, insurance device and adjustment device.
1. Fixed part. The main component is frame, including frame base, fixed jaw plates, feed hopper, discharge hopper and etc. The frame shall casting by carbon steel, in order to prevent the side wall of frame from serious wear, the guard plates that fixed on side wall of crushing chamber can be replaced anytime.
2. Swing part. The swing part is composed of the swing jaw, eccentric shaft, bearings and belts, which is the main part of the transmission and torque.
3. Adjustment device. This device is used to adjust the discharge opening size, and control discharge viscosity, convenient and flexible adjustment, which can realize stepless adjustment. Different models of jaw crusher have different adjusting ways of swing jaw plate angle, and have different concrete structure of adjustment device.
4. Insurance device. The toggle plates of insurance device installed mainly play a insurance role except transferring ability.When the non crushing materials enter into the crushing chamber, the toggle plates can be broken or bent firstly to protect the other parts.
