Crushing equipment
At present, the commonly used crushing equipment includes jaw crusher, cone crusher and impact crusher.
The wear parts of jaw crusher mainly include moving jaw, tooth plate, eccentric shaft and bearing. The wear of cone crusher mainly includes the wear of frame and spherical bearing, the wear of main shaft and its bushing, the wear of thrust disc and gear, the wear of crushing cavity and the wear of eccentric bushing. The wear parts of impact crusher are mainly plate hammer and impact plate.
Grinding equipment
At present, the commonly used grinding equipment is dry ball mill, wet ball mill, rod mill and so on. When the ball mill works, it is mainly broken by the steel ball hitting the mineral. Common wear parts include lining plate, cylinder body, grid plate, lining plate bolt, pinion and so on.
Screening equipment
Screening equipment is used for material classification. There are many types of screening equipment used in dressing plant, including vibrating screen, high frequency screen, linear screen and so on. The wearing parts of screening equipment are screen mesh, fasteners and bolts.
