Ⓐ The slope of the chute is insufficient
Solution: Adjust the installation Angle. According to the field conditions, raise/lower the fixed position at both ends of the feeder.
Ⓑ The Angle of the eccentric block at both ends of the vibration motor is not consistent
Solution: Adjust by checking whether the two vibration motors are consistent.
Ⓒ Vibration direction of vibration motor is consistent
Solution: It is necessary to adjust the wiring of vibration motor to ensure that the two motors operate in reverse and ensure that the vibration track of the vibrating feeder is straight.
Ⓓ Vibration motor excitation force is not enough
Solution: The position of the eccentric block can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric block, and the excitation force can be adjusted by adjusting the phase of the eccentric block. Two eccentric block one for the fixed and the other for the movable type, loose movable eccentric block bolts can be achieved. When the phases of the two eccentric blocks coincide, the excitation force is the largest and decreases successively. When adjusting, ensure that the eccentric block phase of the same group of motors is consistent.
Ⓔ The support spring is easy to deformation or damage
Solution: Choose a certain toughness of the support spring as the support of the feeder, to avoid excessive rigidity caused by the support spring damage, to adjust the support spring, replace the damaged spring structure.
