1. Vibration sieve constantly throwing oil
1) The center of rotation of the vibrating screen vibration source moves. Vibration screen vibration source rotation center line movement will cause the vibrator's tightness to be destroyed, under the action of centrifugal force, there will be oil sling phenomenon.
2) The pressure difference between inside and outside. During the rotation of the vibrating screen, heat will be generated, which will cause the internal pressure of the vibrating screen to rise. If the vent hole is blocked, the internal pressure will rise to a certain extent, which will cause damage to the vibrating screen, thereby destroying the air tightness of the vibrating screen and causing oil rejection phenomenon.
3) The sealing gland is loose. The bearing of the vibrating screen is installed in the bearing housing, and a sealing ring is used to seal the sealing gland. If the height difference between the end surface of the bearing housing and the bearing end is small, the sealing ring on the sealing gland loses its fixing effect, resulting in the bearing it is not concentric with the sealing gland, resulting in the sealing gland sealing failure and oil rejection.
Solution: (1) Regularly check the vibrator of the vibrating screen to see if the vibrator is slipping.
(2) High-concentration lubricating oil can be selected, so that the amount of oil sling can be reduced during exercise.
2. The aging speed of the screen surface is fast
Factors such as the material, structure, and tension of the screen surface will affect the aging of the screen surface. At present, most of the screen surfaces used in vibrating screens is polyurethane screen surfaces. The anti-aging of polyurethane is not high, which may accelerate the aging speed of the screen surface. In addition, the screen surface must be tightened when installing the screen surface, otherwise it may also speed up the screen surface aging degree.
Solution: 1) Choose high-quality screen surface, such as non-metal screen surface;
2) When installing the screen surface, try to tighten the screen surface as much as possible;
3) Replace the aging screen surface in time to avoid more problems.
3. Vibration screen hole clogged or worn
1) Blocking of screen holes generally, the blocking of the screen holes of the vibrating screen is mostly due to the high mud content and water content in the feed, which makes the materials stick to the screen holes and block the screen holes.
Solution: first clean the sieve holes, and then adjust the water spray amount and the inclination of the screen surface appropriately.
2) Abrasion of the screen hole when the vibrating screen is used for a long time, the screen hole will be seriously worn, which will affect the screening effect.
Solution: If the screen hole is not worn seriously, it can be repaired in time. If the screen hole is seriously worn, you can consider replacing the screen.
