People that contact with crushing production line industry knows, crushing production site is always dusty and bad environment. Dust with airflow spreading into the air in the process of crushing, not only caused serious environment pollution, but also be harmful to workers health. Therefore, it is very necessary to reduce the dust pollution, and also the responsibility of enterprises.
So, where are these large amounts of dust come from? One part is carried by ore itself, the other part is produced in the process of ore crushing. In addition, the place that due to the feed hopper, protective cover and chute making the materials generate gap most easy to produce dust. Understand the dust sources, we can "suit the remedy to the case".
Usually, there are two countermeasures to control the production line dust. One is with the help of outside force to control the dust source prevent spread, the second is to improve the local structure of equipment. There are several specific measures as follows:
1. In the point of dust source setting the sprinkler systems, dust collection device and sealing cover, etc.
(1) Should set two spray systems in the feed inlet, outlet and crushing chamber separately. Two spray header of feed inlet point to the inlet, another two spray header of outlet to spray crossed water in a relative angle to get the best effects.
(2) Install the dust-suction device in the repair hole of the crusher and the discharge opening. The dust-suction device should be installed 1000mm away from the discharge opening. The surface of the dust-suction device should be vertical with the dust flowing direction.
2. Modify the structure of large inclination such as hopper, dust-proof cover, chute etc.
Solution: One is to smaller the angle of inclination of chute to reduce the static energy of the material, the other is to modify the crusher structure, such as add number of teeth in the toothed plate.
3. Besides the above measures, the unreasonable technological process and the block of screen will increase producing the dust. Therefore, try best to use the most advanced technology and transfer the material in a closed way.
