1. The oil pressure electric interlock system can not be disassembled in any situation. It guarantees the safety running of crusher machine.
2. Do not stand on jaw crusher's turning side.
3. Do not put hand into opening side to fetch material on working.
4. Max feed size should below 85% of opening size.
5. Do not use it to crush improper materials (such as over fine material) for it is used for primary and medium crushing medium and hardness ore.
?The examination and preparation before the equipment running
1. Please check the lubrication point before starting the machine.
2. Using the oil pump to lubricate the machine.
3. Check every meter to see if all is right.
4. Adjust the discharge opening to the right place.
5. Check the crushing cavity to see if there is any ore or other things.
6. Adjust the V-belt and spring.
7. Check the electric-locking device.
8. Check the connecting bolts.
?Start-up operation method
1. Start dust-collecting system.
2. No-load start jaw crusher upon receiving the signal sent by former technical procedure.
3. When jaw crusher running well, start chute feeder.
?Processing method for normal stop and emergency stop
1. Stop machine after fully discharge the ore out of the crushing chamber.
2. First stop feeding system (chute feeder)
3. Do not start dust-collecting and water supply system immediately until 5 minutes later after feeding system stopped.
?Stop the machine immediately when the following emergency occurred:
1.If the temperature of main bearing or swing jaw rise over 80 ℃ rapidly, that is to say the hand can not keep one second when touch the bearing base, stop the machine immediately.
2. Urgently stop if the thrust plate breaks down.
3. If found that belt bolts or other transmission parts break down or loosen, stop jaw crusher immediately in case workers get hurt.
