Vibrating stone washer processing materials, (stone) 20 mm – 100 mm which make the earth, gray powder and sundry washed into the clean material. This machine has some advantages such as simple structure, easy maintenance and high efficiency washing capacity, etc.(the particle size can be produced according to the buyer data).
Operation
1. Before starting and washing, must be check all lubrication points, whether there is enough grease, connecting bolts must be fastened, each spiral blade must be tighten.
2. After starting the motor, can not begin to feed gradually until operating normally.
3. Must stop feeding before stop running, should not stop motor until the materials discharged.
4. Often should check the wear condition of the screw and replaced in time, avoid unnecessary loss caused by damage of screw.
5. Compared with traditional spiral sandstone washer, this sand washer has obvious advantages when sand washing used for gravel field, as follows:
a. Few medium-fine sand and stone powder lossing.
b. The machine almost no wearing parts except screens.
c. Long service life, no need to maintain for long time.
Safety Rules
1. Before starting the machine, first rotating the rotor with hand, and check whether there is any abnormals on the various parts of the machine.
2. According to specific circumstances at site, should running after the protective device installed on the V-belt.
3. Should not do repair or clean-up operation when machine is running, it is strictly prohibit to starting overhaul.
4. Shall not feeded in the overgauge stone material.
5. The machine rotated based on fixed direction, shall not be reverse rotation.
6. If found unmoral vibrating or sound during machine running, stop feeding materials. Then stop motor until the crushed materials are completely discharged. Restart machine after troubleshooting. If we stop motor in emergency, clean crushed materials in crushing cavity before restart unload running.
7. No stacking of debris in stone washer work site, and equipped with lighting.
