Based on years of practical experience, Luoyang Dahua puts forward the following feasible reform measures for improving the working efficiency of cone crusher.
1. Improve the crushing cavity design, optimize the main parameters: The shape of crushing cavity plays an important role in crusher's production capacity, power, energy consumption, liner plate service life, and product particle size and shape, so the crushing cavity technology is called as the core technology. The main parameters, eccentricity and eccentric bushing rotation speed are closely related to the shape of the crushing cavity. Crushing cavity improvement measures mainly include the following aspects:
(1) Shorten the parallel area, and increase the length of crushing area.
(2) Modify the line connection of fixed cone crushing surface into the combination connection of line and curve, separate the connection point of movable cone and fixed cone, so as to reduce the obstructed possibility.
(3) The nip angle area in crushing cavity increases from 2 to 4 to enhance the utilization rate of the cavity and avoid uneven wear.
(4) The existing eccentricity reduces about 15%.
(5) The eccentric bushing rotation speed increases by 10% – 13%, which improve the production rate.
2. Improve the screening of vibrating screen is another important section. The improved measures are:
(1) Increase the length of screen surface.
(2) Improve the vibration frequency.
(3) Reduce the screen surface installation angle.
(4) Improve the way of feeding.
(5) Improve the mesh structure and materials.
PS: The above measures can be taken one or several according to the actual situation.
3. Add automatic feeding control system and uniform shaker.
