Component of Cone Crusher
Main frame: It consists of upper frame and bottom frame which connected each other through hydraulic cylinder. There is a wear resistant plate and protection cover inside the frame. The upper frame is welded piece with wear resistant copperplate, the bottom frame is casting steel piece.
Main shaft: The main shaft assemble with the center wheel hub of bottom frame in conical surface interference fit, it has axial and radial direction libration holes.
Eccentric shaft sleeve: The high lead bronze bush that fixed by bolt is installed inside eccentric shaft sleeve, and the bevel gear wheel and thrust bearing are installed on the bottom of sleeve, in which the upper thrust bearing is made of forget steel, the bottom part is made of high lead bronze. In addition, the balance weights that fixed by bolt are placed on the eccentric shaft sleeve, and filled with Pb inside.
Moving cone assembly: The upper moving cone uses bolt to fix feed plate, the bottom installs spherical bearing bush, which can match the spherical steel tile that inside the sleeve. The outer side of moving cone is liner plate that made of high manganese steel. The inner side is high lead bronze bush.
