1. In order to decrease the distance, the primary crushing plant should near the mining. It should be set in safety distance in mining. The location should not affect the mining's exploiting and transportation.
2. Set the primary crushing plant in slope in order to use the terrain.
3. The location should not set in place which should transport from low to high. The transportation and mining should be considering when setting the location.
4. Secondary crushing plant should near the primary crushing plant. They should be in one line.
5. The plant outside should have good transportation situation in order to transport the spare parts in time.
