1. The preparation before start-up of vibrating screen
Before start-up of vibrating screen, operator should check the status of driving belt, tire coupling, the condition of screen mesh and the status of other components and parts.
2. Start-up and stop of vibrating screen
Vibrating screen is generally used in crushing and screening or washing process. It requires no-load start and stop when start-up and stop, need to start by the inverse process and stop by forward process.
3. Lubrication of vibrating screen
Lubrication for vibrating screen mainly refers to the lubrication for vibrator bearing. It is also necessary to lubricate drive gear for some forced synchronous linear vibrating screen. According to the operating instructions, drive motor should be lubricated with grease when maintenance screen every year. Lubrication method for vibrating screen includes grease lubrication and thin oil lubrication. After 80 hours running, operators should change oil for the new installed screen. Then change oil every 300 hours. In winter and summer, better choose different viscosity of lubrication oil due to different temperatures. When oiling, be sure to clean oil gun mouth and oil inlet, keep the dust off the oil chamber.
4. Rotating direction of the vibrating screen
The rotation direction of circular vibrating screen can be in the same direction as material movement, can also be in opposite direction as material movement. Generally, two eccentrics are driven by two motors respectively for synchronous linear vibrating screen. The two motors must have same characteristics, but their rotation direction must be the opposite.
The adjustment of the screen amplitude: during the operation, when the vibrating amplitude is beyond the requirement, we should adjust the amplitude. The eccentric block should be adjusted trough the angle. If the angle is smaller, the amplitude will be larger.
5. The maintenance of the vibrating screen
(1) The temperature is not over 40℃ during the running.
(2) Check the screen to see if the machine is noisy or swing abnormally. When the screen is swing seriously, you should check the flexible of the spring.
(3) Check the wearing regularly during the machine running. Change the spare parts if it is over-worn.
(4) Check the screen to see if it is loose.
(5) Keep the bearing clean and lubricate it every several time.
