Thrust plate is the component that with most simple structure, low cost, and easy for manufacture and replace in the whole production line. In the using process, the customer should pay attention to the wear situation of thrust plate.
Thrust plate supports the movable jaw plate, it passes the crushing force to the frame back wall and plays the function of safety device. The cross section size is designed according to the overload production that applied on the cross section which makes it break automatically.
In addition, thrust plate can also be used for adjusting the width of discharging opening of sand production line. For large and medium scale sand production, normally use different length of thrust plate to adjust the discharging opening. For the small scale sand production line, normally use wedge iron to adjust.
