As followings are the items of check and maintenance of jaw crusher:
1) Check bearing heating situation, make sure the temperature is below 60℃.
2) Check the lubrication system. Observe oil pressure,check oil volume and oil leakage.
3) Check if any foreign material in return oil.If yes,stop operation and check the lubrication parts.
4) Check bolt and flywheel key if they are losse and the wear between crushing liner plate and transmission parts.
5) Clean the lubrication oil filter regularly,use it after completely dry.
6) Change the lubrication oil regularly.
