Cone crusher bearing, as one of the most important components of cone crusher, the maintenance is the main guarantee of the cone crusher operationth. Because it supports each structure of cone crusher, carries the impacting force that produced by the crusher crushing the materials, its performance directly influences the machine running and production efficiency. In this paper, we summary three aspects for the cone crusher bearing maintenance:
1. Bearing Inspection
Should regularly check the bearing condition. The new installed bearing is easy to loose, so it is necessary to check carefully. For the seriously worn bearings should replace in time. In addition, should pay attention to the bearing temperature. If the temperature is too high, must stop and find the problem, and then solve it immediately.
2. Bearing Cleanness
Since the cone crusher was ran in the bad environment, the bearing surface will cover large amounts of dust, it needs clean regularly so as to enhance the working efficiency and service life.
3. Bearing Lubrication
Should regularly lubricate the bearing to make sure the cone crusher high efficiency running. Because the bearing will carry the entire load from the system, good lubrication can prolong the service life of bearing. The lubrication oil should be clean with good seal. When add oil, should follow the instruction, more or less will influence the heat transfer and lubricating.
