1. The foundation of crusher should be installed horizontally.
2. Adjust the roller shaft and reducer's concentricity after adjusting the machine,then fastening the stone bolts to ensure that crusher position can not be moved during operation.
3. Inspect and make sure the bearing,bearing seat and frame are well connected and can be adjusted easily. Also put lubrication oil in the slide way.
4. The spring in safety adjustment position must have enough pre-compression to make sure the crusher properly operate and each spring is stressed evenly.
5. The shield must be in good tightness and has no bumps with other parts.
