Repaire & Maintenance of rotor:
1.Loose of rotor core and positioning screw of base will cause the rotor damage. When appear above problem,tighten the screw,or add screw if lack of them.
2.Bearing and rotor are complementary to each other. The damage of bearing will directly effect the rotor rotation, so we must repair or replace the broken bearing immediately to avoid more economic loss.
3.Rotor rust is normal, and the solution is very simple. Coat isolating paint on the surface of the machine,if found the rust,polishing it with sandpaper. Found problem and solve it immediately.
