In this text, we will talk about the trial run of roller crusher:
1. Check the position of each component that should conform to the drawing requirements.
2. No-load run for 4 hours after the completion of assembling.
3. V belt, gear, roller and other rotating parts of roller crusher should be run stably without vibrating. Tooth roller cannot touch with the machine body and no abnormal sound.
4. Temperature rise of bearing should not exceed 30℃, the highest temperature cannot exceed 70℃.
5. Proceed load test after the no-load test. The test time is subject to the system requirement.
