What are the Wearing Parts of Cone Crusher?

In mining equipment, the cone crusher is crushing equipment with high efficiency, low energy consumption and good quality, which is suitable for materials with greater hardness. In the daily stone breaking work of cone crusher, it is inevitable for us to wear parts. What are the vulnerable parts of the cone crusher? What impact will it have on the cone crusher?
Cone crusher vulnerable parts: crushing cavity, crushing wall, rolling mortar wall, main shaft and cone bushing, eccentric bushing and straight bushing. What are the functions of these parts on cone crusher work? Let’s analyze it now.

Crushing cavity
The parallel zone of the crushing cavity is the most worn and the fixed cone is worn at the entrance of the parallel zone, and the moving cone liner is worn on the upper side of the discharge port. The wear of the entire parallel zone is larger than that of the upper cavity. After the crushing cavity is worn, the cavity shape of the crusher changes greatly and completely loses its original shape, which seriously affects the crushing effect of the crusher.
Broken wall
In the cone crusher, the crushing wall is fixed on the cone body with a cone head. Zinc alloy is cast between the two. The crushing wall is the key to squeezing and crushing. After damage, it will not work and cause the machine to stop. When replacing the cone crushing wall after working for 6-8 hours, check the tightening condition and tighten it immediately if it is loose.
Rolling mortar wall
The crushing wall and the rolling mortar wall are the parts that directly contact the material, and they are also the main wear-resistant parts in the cone crusher. When the cone crusher is in operation, the broken wall will move orbit, and the distance from the wall of the mortar will be close and sometimes far away. The material will be crushed by the crushing wall and the wall of the mortar several times. Outer discharge port is discharged. The wall of the rolling mortar can be replaced on site. Unscrew the adjustment screw sleeve installed on the upper frame (note the counterclockwise rotation), remove the upper chamber hopper assembly, lift the adjustment screw sleeve with hoisting equipment, and remove the adjustment screw sleeve after the pallet bolts, you can remove the rolling mortar wall for replacement. When assembling, clean the outer surface, adjust the threaded surface of the screw sleeve and apply butter, and install and fix it in the reverse order.
Spindle and cone bushing
Under the normal working condition of the crusher, the main shaft and the cone bushing have obvious wear marks on the upper mouth of the cone bushing at a height of about 400mm. If the main shaft and the cone bushing are worn heavily at the lower part and lighter at the upper part, then the moving cone will be slightly unstable and the crusher will not operate normally. If there is a partial contact between the main shaft and the cone bushing at the lower end, the cone bushing will be cracked and damaged.
Eccentric bushing and straight bushing
The wear of the eccentric shaft sleeve is manifested in the direction of the height of the eccentric shaft sleeve. The degree of wear on the upper part is gradually reduced from top to bottom. During the operation of the cone crusher, there are often phenomena such as upward movement of the straight bushing and cracks in the straight bushing. The straight bushing is more likely to cause cracks when the straight bushing is cracked, but when the straight bushing is cracked, the debris generated will cut the surface of the center hole of the frame and make it out of round; the cracked debris will damage the eccentric bushing particularly seriously, which will make the whole machine, the working conditions deteriorated and even caused serious accidents.
