Iron ore is a natural ore resource. Iron ore is mainly distributed in Liaoning, Sichuan, Hebei, Shanxi and other provinces, and crushers are indispensable for iron ore processing. It has a large crushing ratio, wear resistance and low energy consumption features. The jaw crusher used for one-stage crushing has an output of 7 to 1500t/h. There are two types of ordinary and European jaw crushers. Various models can meet different production needs.
2. Cone crusher is favored by users for its large output, low failure rate, and high degree of intelligence. It is a hard and soft crusher. However, due to its high purchase cost, ordinary users should only crush high-hardness raw materials. It will be used, so it is also a good choice for processing iron ore. There is an overload protection device inside the cone crusher, which can reduce equipment maintenance costs. It is very cost-effective for long-term development users. The cone crusher has an output of up to 2000t/h, and can process stones below 300mm to a size above 6mm. Commonly used are single-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers and multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers.
3. In the fine crushing stage, the impact crusher is selected to finely crush the iron ore in order to meet the needs of subsequent grinding. The production efficiency can be improved by more breaking and less grinding. The main equipment used for fine crushing is the impact-breaking sand making machine with a production capacity of 16~700t/h. Impact crushing adopts impact crushing, which can process stones below 60mm to a size below 5mm. The specific types include PLS vertical impact crusher, PLK vertical shaft impact crusher and PFL vertical composite crusher.
The crushers used for iron ore crushing mainly include jaw crushers, cone crushers and impact crushers. They are all commonly used types on the market. The specific model selection can be made according to the expected capacity of the production line and the requirements of the finished product configuration.
