The cobblestone sand making machine is a convenient and fast sand making machine. The machine is mainly composed of three parts: feed structure, eddy current crushing cavity structure and transmission structure.     1) Feeding structure
    The feeding structure of the cobblestone grinding machine is an inverted prism, and the feeding port is provided with a wear-resistant ring. The feed of the feeding equipment enters the sander through the feeding hopper. The distributor of the cobblestone sand making machine is installed in the upper part of the vortex crushing chamber. The distributor is used to accelerate the material directly into the impeller through the intermediate feed pipe and throw it out at a higher speed, without increasing power consumption, increasing production capacity and improving crushing efficiency.
    2) Eddy current crushing cavity structure
    The structure of the crushing chamber is an annular space composed of upper and lower cylinders. The impeller rotates at high speed in the vortex chamber. Material may reside in the vortex chamber to form a material liner. The crushing process of the material takes place in the vortex crushing chamber. The material lining separates the crushing layer from the wall of the crushing chamber, so that the crushing effect is limited to the material, and plays a role of self-lining, and the observation hole is tightly sealed. The distributor is fixed on the upper cylindrical section of the vortex crushing chamber of the cobblestone grinder. The impeller rotates at high speed to generate airflow, and the airflow passes through the distributor in the vortex chamber to form an internal self-circulation system.
    3) Transmission structure
    The transmission device of the cobblestone grinding machine adopts a belt transmission mechanism driven by dual motors. The two motors driven by the dual motors are installed on both sides of the main shaft assembly, and the belts of the two motors are connected with the main shaft belt, so that the forces on both sides of the main shaft are balanced, will generate additional torque.

    1) Material properties
    Material properties include moisture, hardness, fineness, and viscosity. The harder the material, the harder it is to break. And the more serious the wear of the cobblestone sander, the slower the crushing speed, and of courses the smaller the crushing capacity. The humidity of the material, that is, when the moisture content of the material is large, the material is easy to adhere in the sand making machine, and it is also easy to block during the discharging and conveying process, which reduces the crushing capacity of the pebble sand making machine. The fineness of the crushed material is high that is, the finer the crushed material, the smaller and the crushing capacity. The more viscous the material, the easier it is to stick. Materials with high viscosity will adhere to the inner wall of the sand making chamber of the sand making machine. If it cannot be cleaned in time, it will seriously affect the working efficiency of the pebble sand making machine and the normal operation of the crusher. Therefore, when selecting materials, we must pay attention to all aspects of material properties.
    2) Material composition before crushing
    Before pulverizing with a cobblestone grinder, the more fines the material contains, the more affected the pulverization will be, because these fines tend to stick and affect transportation. Therefore, materials with a large amount of fine powder should be screened once in advance. The fine powder should be screened from the material as much as possible so as not to affect the normal operation of the pebble sander.
