In the hot summer, how to reduce the impact of high temperature environment on the crusher and keep the equipment in normal production? To achieve normal production under high temperature, the crusher can start from the following points:
- Do a good job in daily maintenance of crusher equipment. Regularly check the equipment, replace the butter, adjust the belt, check the core parts and wear parts, the operator should always check the values on the various thermometers during work, and immediately stop the inspection if any problems are found, and eliminate the faults immediately. For those who cannot find the reason for a while, we must not leave the crusher working without treatment.
- Clean up the oil and dust on the motor body in time to ensure that the engine maintains good heat dissipation. Although some of the current equipment is equipped with a dust-proof system, which reduces the probability of shutdown due to dust, the dust problem will become more serious in summer due to the high temperature and dry air. For example, check the fixing bolts of the cone crusher dust-proof seal slip ring regularly to prevent the dust-proof seal and slip ring from falling off, causing a large amount of dust and ore to enter the machine body, causing the crusher to be scrapped or major economic losses.
- Replace the appropriate oil viscosity grade for the equipment. Generally, the oil viscosity grade in summer is appropriately higher than other times. Motor oil and lubricating oil in various places need to be replaced with summer oil. The amount of oil is appropriate. Check whether there is oil leakage frequently and replenish fuel in time.
- Check whether the cooling system and fuel system are unblocked, and replace the aging wires, plugs, fuel pipes, screws, and tighten the fuel pipeline to prevent fuel leakage.
- During the operation of the crusher, always pay attention to the temperature of the crusher’s bearings. Under normal working conditions, the bearing temperature rise should be within 35 degrees and not exceed 70 degrees. Keep the bearing in a good lubrication state, and pay attention to whether there is abnormal sound and vibration.
- Regardless of whether the equipment is stopped or working, tries to place the equipment in a cool place, such as building temporary awnings and sun protection nets for the equipment, to avoid prolonged exposure to the sun, which will cause equipment aging and affect work quality and efficiency.
- The environment of the indoor equipment is good. Set it in a place with good ventilation. At the same time, pay attention to adjusting the indoor temperature and the ventilation and air permeability of the surrounding environment. The temperature does not exceed 40 degrees to provide a good working environment for the crusher.
Under high temperature conditions, the crusher is more prone to failure during use, so you should pay more attention to the maintenance and repair of the crusher, and eliminate major faults in the bud, while ensuring the normal operation of production, and ensuring the personal safety of equipment operators.
