These crusher accessories are mostly in direct contact with limestone and other materials during operation, and the performance and work efficiency of the crusher should be reflected through the work of these wear-resistant accessories. As a kind of mining machinery and equipment, the loss of the crusher is very serious, and the loss of the crusher is related to some factors.
First, it is closely related to the hardness, nature, composition and other factors of the material. The wear of the crusher is largely related to the material. Hard materials are easy to cause the equipment to wear, and some materials can cause corrosion and blockage of the equipment.
Second, the internal structural design and reasonable structural design of the equipment can effectively reduce wear, and vice versa, it will increase wear.
Third, the selection of equipment and the correct selection of equipment manufacturing materials affect the degree of equipment loss.
Fourth, the operation and use of the crusher equipment, even if the equipment is the best and the wear-resistant material is improperly operated and used, its service life will not be long.
The operation content can be maintained according to the technical condition of the crusher equipment, and anti-corrosion can be carried out if necessary. The transfer maintenance is organized and implemented by the unit that the crusher equipment is removed from, inspected by the project department and asset manager, and supervised by the asset management department. Mainly check the critical and vulnerable parts (such as the stabilizer of the crushing equipment). The routine maintenance of the composite crusher is the cleaning and inspection before, after and during the operation of the crusher coolant, lubricant, fuel quantity, instrument indication, etc.
The failures and solutions that crushers are prone to in daily life are as follows:
- The main bearing temperature is too high. It may be that the grease is insufficient, so you need to add an appropriate amount of grease; if the grease is contaminated, you need to clean the bearing and replace the grease; if the bearing is damaged, you need to replace the bearing.
- The discharge size is too large. It may be that the broken teeth are excessively worn, so you need to replace the broken teeth or perform surfacing; if the edge teeth are worn or fall off, replace them.
- The vibration of the crusher is increased. It may be that the bearing is damaged, replace it; if the gear coupling is damaged, replace it;
- Reduced processing capacity or insufficient power. If the hydraulic coupler leaks, then add a fixed amount of No. 22 turbine oil or No. 6 hydraulic transmission oil. If the coupler is broken, you need to replace it; if the feed is uneven, adjust the feed.
- Cannot automatically reverse. If the sensor is installed incorrectly or damaged, adjust or replace the sensor; if the sensor lead or wiring is loose, connect the lead or tighten the wiring.
- The sensor protection system fails. If the proximity switch is damaged or the wiring in the electric control cabinet is loose, then you need to replace the added switch or connect the wires according to the wiring diagram.
The role of the wear-resistant parts of the crusher should not be underestimated. The quality of the wear-resistant parts will directly affect the performance, life, work efficiency and engineering cost of the crusher. If the wear and tear is not replaced in time, they can be used again. When the crusher is too large in resistance, the force is unbalanced, and the crusher will vibrate when it is working, and it will damage the main machine in severe cases.
