A complete river pebble production of 400t/h includes feeding system, primary crushing system, and medium crushing system, sand making system, screening system, and washing system.
- Raw material feeding system
Cobblestones and gravel materials are generally of different sizes. The feeder has two modes of feeding and vibration. Small particles can be directly fed into the crushing operation or fine crushing operation through the screen of the feeder; large materials need to be fed through the feeder. The machine is transported to the coarse crusher for crushing. - Coarse crushing system
The coarse crushing system we use is a jaw crusher. The maximum feed of the jaw crusher can reach 1200mm, and the processing capacity can be as low as 400t/h. The jaw crusher can crush all kinds of rocks, which are hard and abrasive rocks. Priority equipment, which can be considered as the first coarse crushing equipment when dealing with pebbles. - Medium crushing system
The medium crushing system uses a multi-cylinder cone crusher. The multi-cylinder cone crusher is a hard-core product for crushing medium-hard materials. When crushing pebbles, it can quickly and effectively complete the crushing operation. Through the principle of lamination crushing, the output of the equipment is large, the crushing ratio is large, and the grain shape is good. - Sand making system
In the entire production line, the sand making system is the last system of the finished sand, which has the effect of crushing and shaping. The pebbles are used in the sand making machine through the principle of “stone beat stone” and “stone beat iron” to make sand and produce sand. The particles are generally below 5mm. - Screening and washing system
The screening system can divide the sand and gravel into 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-25mm to form the final material classification. If you need fine sand, you need to go through the sand washing process to get the fine sand and gravel.
With the enhancement of environmental protection, a fully enclosed factory building and a sinking structure of main equipment can be adopted to reduce the impact of working noise and the surrounding environment.
