1. Feeding problem
There are two kinds of feeding problems: the first is too much feeding, resulting in cone crusher plugging. The second is that the nature of the material is not suitable for cone crusher crushing.
Solution: To operate according to the manual of cone crusher, master the operation requirements and process. Do not feed too much, and do not put in the material is not suitable for cone breaking.
2. The material cannot be discharged in time
If the material in the cone crusher cavity is not discharged in time, it will cause the cone crusher to plug.
Reason 1: The discharge opening do not change according to the nature of the material, which leads to the material still remaining in the crushing chamber after being broken, thus causing the cone crusher material blocking.
Reason 2: The size of the non-broken material mixed in the material is too large, which exceeds the discharge opening and cannot be discharged.
Solution: Inlet and discharge parameters should be adjusted in time according to material changes. The mixed non-broken material should not be too much, too large, if necessary, should be screened in advance.
3. Motor failure
If the motor with fails, it will stop working when the cone crusher is broken and cannot provide power for its crusher, thus causing the cone crusher blocking materials.
Solution: Daily equipment inspection and maintenance should be done well; workers should check the condition of equipment before each shift. If there is any problem, it can be repaired in time.
4. Crusher parts wear seriously
The mantle and concave ring of cone crusher are the main wearing parts. If these two parts wear seriously, it will cause uneven or weak crushing of the material, resulting in too large material cannot pass through the discharge opening, resulting in cone crusher plugging phenomenon.
Solution: Daily equipment inspection and maintenance should be done carefully; each time before starting the work should check the condition of the equipment. Replace damaged parts in time.
5. There are sundries in the crushing cavity
If there are sundries in the cone crushing chamber and they are not cleaned in time, the materials put into the crushing chamber cannot be effectively broken because of insufficient space. At the same time, the existence of debris will also affect the flow of materials to cause cone crusher plugging.
Solution: Each time before starting the work should check the condition of the equipment. Clean up the broken cavity in time.
