By utilizing these two materials for casting different parts, an optimal performance can be achieved by compensating for the limitations of each individual material. However, it should be noted that this manufacturing process is considerably more intricate and demands stringent requirements.

The production process of the high manganese steel blow bar is highly efficient, resulting in excellent quality and a low price. Additionally, it exhibits exceptional toughness. However, its most notable characteristic lies in its rapid surface hardening. The hardening index is 5-7 times higher than other materials. Consequently, this significantly enhances the material’s wear resistance.
