Roller crusher consists of roller wheel, support bearing, tension and adjustable device as well as and driving device,etc. It has simple structure and mainly used for crushing various kinds of medium hardness materials sucn as limestone, slag, coke and coal. The following items need to be cared.
1.Improve the deironing ratio of feed material . In case of non-crushed material (like bit) drop into the space betwwen rollers, the machine must be shut down, so the deironing equipment should be set before crushing.
2.Viscous material will block crushing space. Maintenance must be done after shut down.
3.When large block of materials be crushed, notice the large materials can be squeezed out easily.
4.Because of the severe abrasion on the surface of roller after long running, the granularity will larger, so adjustment of the discharge openning and repairment should be done.
5.Strengthen the inspection, add lubrication oil in time to keep a good lubrication condition.
