Therefore, the amplitude of this kind of screen should not be large. In addition, pay more attention to the bearing situation for frequent vibrating of inertia vibrating screen.
Inertia vibrating screen is used for screening medium and fine materials for its small amplitude and high vibration frequency. It works under the situation of evenly feeding. Because the amplitude changes with the change of feed quantity, when increase the feed quantity, the amplitude of screen becomes small, easy to block sieve pore; when decrease the feed amount quantity, the amplitude becomes large, the grains can pass the screen surface by quick bounce. Te above two situations will lower screening efficiency. The coarse materials become loose for the large amplitude, but it is hard to ensure evenly feed, so the inertia vibrating screen in only suitable to screen medium and fine materials with feed granularity less than 100mm. At the same time, the sieve should not be made too big, only applied in medium and small crushing plant.
