Ring hammer crusher is widely used in the medium and fine crushing process of various of rocks, refractory materials, iron ores, limestone, cement, grinding material, concrete aggregates with characteristics of hardness and crispy. It is especially suitable for construction sands making, aggregates production for roads. It is of great importance to improve the efficiency of the ring hammer crusher to utilize its full performance. Below is the common method that applied:
1. Specialized trained operators should properly operate the machine to prevent the damage of the ring hammer crusher.
2. Make regular lubrication of the ring hammer crusher. The lubricant should be dry one. The injection volume should be 1/2-2/3 of the empty bearing chamber. The crusher should be lubricated for every working shift.
3. The staring procedure of the integrated aggregates production line should be : discharge the material- start the crusher – feeding the material. The crusher should be start without any load. After the crusher properly runs for a while then feed in the material. Machine stopping procedure converses with previous procedure.
4. Make regular inspection of the crusher, if bad phenomenon has happened please solve it in time.
