Firstly install the machine frame on the base, does leveling and then install transmission shaft. Insert the eccentric shaft sleeve into the frame sleeve from the top of frame, and calibrates the clearance of gear. Secondly install the spherical bearing and lubrication system as well as water system, insert the previous assembled main shaft and moving cone into them. Following is supporting ring, adjusting ring and spring installation. Finally install feeding device.
After completion of installation, take no load test for 7-8h, if no problem happened, take load test for 12-16h. At the meantime, the oil temperature of discharged oil should not exceed 50～60℃. Before start the crusher, should check whether there are ore or other materials block the crushing chamber, whether the discharge opening is suitable, whether the spring safety device is working normal, check the oil mass, oil temperature (not below 20℃ in winter ), fill water in dust proof device and check its drain situation.
During the operation of the jaw crusher please pay attention to
(1). Start the oil pump and check the oil level, usually the oil level should be 0.8～1.2 ㎏/㎝2. The oil level shall not be too high in order to avoid the accident. Moreover, the pressure of the water in the chiller should be 0.5kg/cm2 than the oil pressure. Please make sure no water mixed in the oil.
(2). After the oil pump running 3-5mins, start the crushing machine. The crusher should be run without load for about 1-2mins. Make sure the machine is normal, then start the crusher and feed in the material.
(3). The material that feeds in the crush should be evenly given from the lining plate and make sure the granularity of the material should be within the requirements.
(4). The granularity requirement of the fine cone crusher should be strictly controlled to make sure the granularity requirement of the final product. In order to make sure the safety production of the cone crusher, operators should regularly inspect the wearing situation of the discharging opening and adjusting the size accordingly. Then use the lead block to make a test and make sure it meets the granularities requirements.
(5). In order to make sure the safety production, please pay attention to the working condition of the safety spring.
(6). In order to keep the width of the discharge opening, please clock-wise adjust the adjusting rings every 2-3 days according to the wearing situation of the liner plate, which can narrow the space of the discharge opening caused by wearing. After clock-wise turn the adjusting rings for 2-2.5 rounds, if the discharging opening still cannot meet the requirement, then replace the linear plate.
(7). When stops the machine, please stop the feeding machine first. Make sure all the material in the crushing chamber has been discharged out, then stop the motor of the crushing machine.
