1. Continuous Ball Milling Machine

2. Planetary Ball Milling Machine

It is a newly developed planetary ball milling machine. The speed of such machine is adjustable according to the shape of the raw material so as to reach the best grinding effect. Meanwhile, the ball milling machine can provide the maximum of power transmission to grinding material with high hardness. Retsch cooperation displayed its latest PM300 planetary ball milling machine, which has 6 types of milling tanks, arranging from 12 millimeters to 500 millimeters. When the rotating speed has increased to 650rpm, the sample can be grinded into micron grade or even smaller. Since the machine has gained vibration compensation, it can automatically operate. Besides, PM100 planetary milling machine is equipped with modules of parameter setting, control screen, loading volume, power input, parameter memory and outer lock that are convenient to operate. 

3. Stirring Ball Mill Machine 

Ei rich Machinery developed a new type of stirring ball milling machine (Maxx) , which has wet and dry two working modes. Such machine has the advantages of evenly energy distribution, low energy consumption for unit product, high crushing ratio, impact structure but high production capacities. Even the ball was fully filled, there is no worry about its congestion, it is suitable for grinding large material with good effect. The machine is reliable and material is not affected by the temperature, making sure the material is entirely grinded. The machine can operate under dry and wet two methods to realize automatic grinding. Dry and wet material can feed into the material respectively without pre-mixing, and there is no material layer on the wall and bottom of the cylinder.
