Therefore, in the process of crushing, large pieces of ores receive a larger degree of crushing, but smaller particles of ore, under certain conditions, will not be broken, so the products have even grain size, less over crushing phenomenon.
(4) Selective crushing. In the process of impact crushing, useful minerals and gangue break along the joint surface, which facilitate the monomer separation from the useful minerals.
(5) Strong adaptability. This kind of crusher can crush brittle and fibrous ore and the ore with less medium hardness, which particularly suit to crush the brittle ore like limestone, so in the cement and chemical industry, it is very appropriate to use impact crusher.
(6) Small volume, light weight, simple structure, easy manufacture, and convenient maintenance.
