Bearing The shaft of the sand making equipment bears the full load of the negative machine. Regular lubrication directly affects the service life and operating speed of the equipment. Therefore, regular lubrication is required, and the injected lubricating oil must be clean, the seal must be good, and the lubricating oil must be used in strict accordance with the instructions standard. The sand making machine should be properly added with lubricant when it has been running for 400 hours, and the bearings should be cleaned when it has been running for 2000 hours. After running for 7200 hours, new bearings must be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The staff should also always pay attention to whether the various parts of the equipment are working properly. When the bearing oil temperature rises, there is a huge impact sound, etc., they should stop immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
Rotor The rotor is the component that drives the high-speed rotation of the sand making machine. In production, the top, inner side and lower edge of the rotor are easily worn out. Check whether the machine is running normally every day, and regularly check whether the transmission triangle tape is tight. If it is too loose or too tight, it should be adjusted appropriately to ensure that the triangle tape should be grouped and matched, so that the length of each group is as consistent as possible. If the rotor is unbalanced during operation, vibration will occur, which will wear the rotor and rotor bearings.
Impact block The impact block is a severely worn part of the sand making machine during operation. The cause of the wear is also related to the improper material selection of the impact block, unreasonable structural parameters or inconsistent material properties. The impact blocks of different types of sand making machines will be different, so it is necessary to ensure that the sand making machine and the impact block are matched with the corresponding models. Wear is also related to the hardness of the material. If the hardness of the material exceeds the tolerance of the sand making machine, it will increase the friction between the material and the impact block and cause the impact block to wear. In addition, the gap between the impact block and the counterattack plate should also be adjusted.
Impeller The impeller is one of the important parts of the sand making machine, and it is also the most vulnerable part. Protecting the impeller and improving its stability can not only effectively improve the working efficiency of the sand making machine, but also extend the service life of the sand making machine. The direction of rotation of the impeller device should be counterclockwise when viewed from the feed port, otherwise the motor wiring position should be adjusted; the feed should be uniform and continuous, and the size of the river pebbles should be strictly in accordance with the equipment regulations. River pebbles with too large particles will cause the impeller. If the impeller is unbalanced, it will wear the impeller; stop feeding when shutting down, otherwise it will cause the impeller to be crushed and cause damage to the impeller; it is also necessary to check the wear of the impeller device regularly. Replace the worn impeller in time to ensure the normal operation of production.
