1. Pay more attention to whether the jaw crusher’s fastening screws are tightened or broken. Jaw crusher is fixed on the ground rely on these screws, if the screws loose or break, the loosening side of jaw crusher will shake slightly. If operators do not tighten loosening screws or replace broken screws, crusher will shake more and more violently or even get serious damage.
2. Check whether crusher foundation loosens or not. If its foundation is not solid or loosened in the process of long-term use, crusher might become unstable. So a solid foundation is important for crusher and must check its condition on a regular basis in production, reinforce timely if it is loosened.
3. If grooved pulley position deviates from its original position in the process, it could make the machine out of balance, resulting in machine shaking. Therefore, regular inspection and maintenance in the use of jaw crusher is very important.
Jaw crusher is mainly used as coarse crusher and medium crusher. It adopts the working principle of extrusion crushing. It consists of two jaw plates, movable jaw and static jaw, and simulates the movement of animal jaws to complete the material crushing operation.
