The influence of rock physical performance on crushing machine production line mainly on below points.
1. During crushing process, usually use the compressive strength of the rock as the indicator to demonstrate the hardness of rocks. Since the Protodikonov hardness has some relationship with compressive strength and it could obviously indicate the complexity of crushing working process. As a concequence, we usually use Protodikonov coefficient to category different rocks. Rocks with higher protodikonov coefficient means it has bigger compressive strength, which are harder to be crushed so it is with the production rate. On the contrary, the smaller protodikonov coefficient means higher production rate.
2. Rock contains some moisture has little influence on rock crushing processs. But if the rock contains some mud or after crushing the rock generates powder particles and both of them mixed together and stick on the crushing mentle that will slow down the dishcaring speed and thus reduce the production rate. In some serious circumstance it may blockage the discharging opening and further influence the production. While, if the moisture content still increasing, then the aggregation force of particles may decrease, under such condition, the production rate will increase. So when crushing rocks with high mud and moisture content, in order to avoid blockage we can take wet crushing method.
3. When the crushing material contains high quantity of large granularity. Then we need large crushing ratio and the energy consumption will increase accordingly. Some big rocks may need several crushing process before discharging, which is also time-consuming and low down the crushing production rate. WHereas, if the fine granularity contained in the material has larger quantity then the production rate is much highter.
